The Automated Clearing House is an electronic funds-transfer

system for processing transactions, usually domestic low value

payments, between participating financial institutions in the

United States.

The system is managed by the the Nacha organization.

This payment system provides transactions for use with payroll,

direct deposit, tax refunds, consumer bills, tax payments, and

many more payment services in the (U)nited (S)tates of (A)merica (USA) .
